Warranty & Return Policy

If you have any question about the warranty of a product ordered at vaportechusa.com please firstly read the warranty terms provided in this page. If you have further questions contact us by e-mail at warranty@vaportechusa.com with your order number and specify the product. 
  • If you are unsure or have any questions about our products - please contact us  by e-mail at order@vaportechusa.com before placing your order.
  • Please read the product information carefully before making a purchase. If you find any missing or unclear information, please let us know by using the contact us page.
  • If you ordered the wrong item and you have not opened and used the item, we may agree to a return within a week of reception - in which case we will apply a restocking fee. Vaportech accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund within 30 days of original purchase. Please refer to Ordered the Wrong Item section.
  • If you believe you received a defective vaporizer, battery . Please refer to the 60-Day Warranty Policy section.
  • If you believe you received a defective tank or Spinner battery. Please refer to the 2-Day Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy section.
  • If you believe you received a defective coil. Please refer to the No Warranty policy section.
  • If you believe you received the wrong items. Please refer to the Wrong Item Received policy section.

Shipping 

  • If your package gets lost or is otherwise damaged. Please contact your carrier .
  • We are NOT responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. You should contact USPS . Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.

Return/Refund Policy

  • We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund within 30 days of original purchase.
  • For safety and sanitary purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON RETURNABLE: E-Liquids, RBA, RDA, tanks, cartomizers, cartridges, atomizers, and rechargeable batteries.
  • If packages are opened and used, we WILL NOT accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund.
  • For unopened or unused items, we will accept the return with 10% restocking fee. Customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us.  
  • For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no charge.
  • If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our customer service department by email at warranty@vaportechusa.com.  Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.

Order Cancellation

  • For order cancellation requests, you must contact us by email at order@vaportechusa.com. Any attempts to cancel the order may delayed or missed cancellation request. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. 
60-Day Warranty Policy: Vaportech vaporizers, Vaportech batteries
  • All APV(Advanced personal vaporizer) batteries  (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an industry leading, Vaportech 60-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure
  • The limited warranty does not cover such consumables like tanks,atomizers and eLiquids. 
  • Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. 
  • Warranty does not cover the use of our product with parts from other manufacturers or suppliers. 
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches and discoloration) is not covered by warranty. 
  • The 60-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was first used.
  • Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order and notify us immediately if an item is DOA/defective.
  • If you believe you received a defective product. Please read the product information carefully to make sure you are using it properly.
  • If you have purchased an APV battery, to be used with an unapproved product or a custom made coil, please test the APV battery with an approved product before you deem it defective.
  • If the problem persists please contact us by email at order@vaportechusa.com 
  • Customer assumes all costs in shipping defective items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacement part(s) to the customer.
    Shipping cost incurred are non refundable.
  • Defective items will be tested/inspected upon arrival in our office to verify claim. Replacement part(s) will be shipped after the claim has been verified.
    We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us.
2-Day DOA Policy: Spinner batteries, Tanks (except the atomizer coil)
The 2-Day DOA warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was first used.
  • Coils are consumable items and are not covered by any warranty. Coils are meant to be replaced regularly. Therefore, the 2-Day DOA policy does not cover the coil in the atomizer, but simply the rest of the atomizer (the tank). 
  • It is rare, but possible, for a coil to misfire on first use. In such event - simply replace the coil. All customers should have spare coils available for their atomizer for when the coil needs to be replaced. 
  • All atomizers (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 2-Day Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy. 
  • Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. 
  • Warranty does not cover the use of our product with parts from other manufacturers or suppliers. 
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches and discoloration) and coil malfunction is not covered by warranty. 
  • Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order and notify us immediately if an item is DOA/defective.
  • If you believe you received a defective product. Please read the product information carefully to make sure you are using it properly.
  • If the problem persists please login to your account and send us a message under the appropriate order.
  • Customer assumes all costs in shipping defective items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacement part(s) to the customer.

Wrong Item Received Policy:
In the event you received the wrong item compared to what you actually ordered (check your invoice included in your package for a complete list of the items you ordered) - please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package - do not open or use the item erroneously sent to you. After Vaportech has verified and agreed you indeed received the wrong item:
  • We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be printed 
  • Upon reception of the item by Vaportech- we will verify the item has not been used or open - and we will offer you two choices (options A or B) if the originally ordered item is available in stock, if the originally ordered item is not in stock then option A becomes mandatory:
  • A) Either we will refund the cost of the item you originally ordered and did not receive
  • B) Or we will send you the item you originally ordered (if the item is in stock) and Vaportech will pay for the extra shipping charge.
Ordered The Wrong Item Policy:
In the event you ordered the wrong item - please send us a message by logging into your account and let us know the condition of the product as well as the packaging. Do not open or use the item - Only unused item can be returned and a restocking fee will be applied. After Vaportech has authorized the return:
  • Send the product to the address below
  • Upon reception of the item by Vaportech- we will verify the item has not been used as well as the packaging condition
  • We will refund the cost of the item and apply a restocking fee based on the product condition
  • If the product is in perfect condition - the restocking fee is only 10% - if the package is damaged the restocking fee will be higher or we will reject the return
  • Any product used will not be authorized for a return under the "Ordered The Wrong Item Policy"
No Warranty Policy: Consumables (eLiquid, coil,drip juice).

Consumable items like coils and eLiquids are not covered by any warranty. Consumables are not returnable / refundable or exchangeable due to health and safety regulations regardless of whether or not they have been opened or used. As a consumer you can be certain that Vaportech only sells brand new products and never previously returned items.

  • All atomizers sold at Vaportechusa.com have replaceable coil. Coils have a limited life time based on usage. If your coil does not work properly - simply replace it.
  • All eLiquids,drip juices are also obviously not returnable / refundable or exchangeable for reasons that should be obvious to everyone.

Refund

Refunds may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit in the form of reward points.

  • The refund is issued by Vaportechusa.com right away, but it takes from 2 to 6 days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution policy with regard to refund.

Refused Items
If it is indeed our fault, you will be credited for the items and we will reshipped at our expenses. If customer refused the packages for any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with shipping charge.

Vaportech brand products Replacements:

To request an item to be replaced please follow these instructions:
Firstly,please check our warranty terms.
  • To request a replacement please contact us by email at order@vaportechusa.com
  • Wait for the request to be authorized - unauthorized return can not be processed
  • We will contact you if we need further information
  • Once your replacement request has been approved - you have to return the product back to us within 2 weeks - otherwise the return request authorization will be voided automatically. 
  • Send the item using U.S.P.S. First Class mail and include a tracking number
  • Include a copy of the invoice in your package
  • Send the package to the following address:

As soon as we receive the defective item, it is inspected by one of our technicians. Once the item is proven defective we will replace it and send a new item.
